I am in my 4th year of working towards my Masters in Psychotherapy, a 6 year challenging and transformative process. Starting my Psychotherapy training felt like a natural progression from my previous career in supportive and therapeutic services as a Support Worker, Group Worker and Team Leader. I have much experience working with people in times of difficulty creating an environment to be heard and to find a way forward. I have also benefitted greatly from my own experience of therapy which has enabled me to work through difficulties and opened me up to new ways of being in the world.

I have a warm, intuitive nature and see my core values of compassion and authenticity as vital in my work. I strive to be with you in the depth of your difficulties and see this as a possibility for personal movement and development.

I have a particular interest in Mind and Body connection and the intersection of traumatic experiences and our innate nature.
